The electrode is a part of the gas ignition system. The high-voltage igniter generates a high voltage through the metal needle at the tip of the ignition electrode and the burner to emit a spark to ignite the gas.

The material, length and angle of the electrode can be customized according to the drawings

Wire material: glass fiber

Fiberglass (formerly known as Fibreglass in English) is an inorganic non-metallic material with excellent performance. It has a wide variety of advantages. The advantages are good insulation, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. It is made of six kinds of ores of pyrophyllite, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, boronite, and boronite as raw materials through high-temperature melting, drawing, winding, weaving and other processes. Its monofilament diameter is several Micron to more than twenty microns, equivalent to 1/20-1/5 of a hair strand, each strand of fiber strands consists of hundreds or even thousands of monofilaments.

(2) High elastic coefficient and good rigidity. 

(3) The elongation is large within the elastic limit and the tensile strength is high, so the impact energy is large. 

(4) It is an inorganic fiber with non-combustibility and good chemical resistance.

(5) Low water absorption. 

(6) Good scale stability and heat resistance.

(7) Good processability, and can be made into products of different forms such as strands, bundles, felts, and woven fabrics.

(8) Transparent and can transmit light.

(9) The development of a surface treatment agent with good adhesion to resin is completed.

(10) The price is cheap. (11) It is not easy to burn and can be melted into glass beads at high temperature.
