What is the reason why the gas stove ignition electrode can be ignited after heating?

Replace the ignition electrode on the other side, I have the same phenomenon as yours. It would have been nice to change it. The principle of this ignition electrode is the same as the principle of the spark plug of the car, and the internal and external white ceramic insulators are short-circuited, causing the resistance to increase so it is not easy to ignite.
