The shape of the burner flame, we artificially divide it into four parts: starting from the throat, the black dragon zone, the initial burning zone, the burning zone and the burning zone are in sequence.
The first segment ejected from the primary tuyere is a mixture of dark black pulverized coal and primary wind. We call it the Heilong District, and its radiation intensity and flicker frequency are very low;
The second section is the initial combustion zone. The pulverized coal starts to burn due to the heating of the high-temperature furnace gas and the reflux of the flame. A large number of pulverized coal particles deflagrate to form a bright spot flow. The characteristic of this section is that the burning brightness of this part of the pulverized coal is not very large, but it flickers The frequency reaches the maximum, often above 100Hz;
The third section is the combustion zone, also known as the complete combustion zone. Each pulverized coal particle is completely burned under the full mixing of the secondary air and generates a lot of heat. The flame brightness in this section is the highest and most stable, but the flicker frequency is low. In the initial combustion zone;
The fourth section is the burning zone. At this time, most of the pulverized coal is burned to form fly ash, and a few larger particles continue to burn, and finally a high-temperature furnace airflow is formed, and its flame brightness and flicker frequency are relatively low.
